"When I gaze at the sunset, the world seems to slow down."

Today is another color piece. This one is a bit different from the usual since I also ended up paining the background as well.  I still don't think that I do that well when it comes to structures and inanimate objects but pieces like this are good opportunities to practice using different brushes.  The water ended up being the most interesting thing to paint and I ended up trying out a lot of different brushes and looked up several different tutorials on how to do it.

I like how the general line of the figure turned out and the doing a sitting pose is a bit different from what I usually draw so that was also a fun little challenge too.
